Tellent is hiring a Backend Developer for its KiwiHR HR product. The role involves developing and maintaining core backend modules, collaborating with frontend developers, QA, designers, and other teams, improving code quality and performance, participating in code reviews, and contributing technical documentation. The position requires modern JavaScript and TypeScript, at least two years of commercial Node.js backend experience, and familiarity with Express.js, relational databases, ORMs, testing frameworks, GraphQL, Git, and asynchronous programming. It is available in Poznań, Wrocław, Kraków, or fully remotely from Poland, with a B2B contract salary of 15,000–20,000 PLN plus VAT and additional benefits.
