Description
The Test Bay Manager owns the scheduling, utilization, capacity planning, safety, compliance, automation, and continuous improvement of Test Bay and Test Laboratory facilities. The role coordinates equipment and user usage, supports project delivery, resolves scheduling conflicts, and collaborates cross-functionally to balance business priorities. It requires a BSc in Electrical Engineering or another appropriate science, process or project management experience, Finnish and English fluency, electrical safety and UPS knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills.
