Description
The Test Capability Engineer will develop and implement testing strategies, analyze test results, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior members, and ensure product quality and regulatory compliance. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering or physics field, at least three years of optical, electrical, manufacturing, or hardware-validation experience, and regular travel between Bangalore and Bangkok manufacturing sites. Preferred qualifications include photonic and PIC testing, test-plan ownership, fault isolation, SQL, JMP, Python, and test-automation tools.
