Quantum Space is hiring a Test Conductor to plan, coordinate, and execute spacecraft, subsystem, integrated system, and space defense testing. The role leads real-time test operations, develops and executes test procedures and displays, monitors telemetry and system health, maintains configuration control, supports anomaly resolution and environmental qualification campaigns, and coordinates multidisciplinary engineering teams. It requires a technical bachelor's degree and 2–5+ years of experience with aerospace, defense, spacecraft, launch vehicle, missile, avionics, satellite, or other high-reliability systems. The position is based in Rockville, Maryland; Hawthorne, California; or Denver, Colorado, with a stated annual salary of $75,000–$105,000.
