GlobalFoundries is hiring an experienced Test Development Engineer for its Dresden test facility. The role develops test concepts, hardware, and programs for functional testing of SOC devices with memory, NVM, logic, mixed-signal, and RF components; performs electrical characterization; installs and releases test programs and hardware for production; and improves yield, test time, and test processes. Candidates need a master's degree or diploma in a relevant engineering or physics field, professional electrical-test experience, strong electronic-measurement knowledge, programming skills in C/C++, Java, or Python, and very good English. The position offers open-ended employment, a 13th-month salary, bonus payments, relocation assistance, and flexible working arrangements.
