Description
The role develops and optimizes ATE test programs for analog and mixed-signal power-management semiconductor components, supports deployment of probe and test solutions at OSATs, collaborates with Design and NPI teams on test methods and software and hardware solutions, and travels to OSATs for NPI, product-sustaining, and efficiency-improvement activities. It requires a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, at least two years of experience, semiconductor testing knowledge, C++ programming, and computer hardware experience.
