The role leads the development, execution, and maintenance of verification and validation strategies for complex embedded products. It involves architecting scalable test automation frameworks in LabVIEW and Python, owning the end-to-end test lifecycle, mentoring engineers, performing root-cause and exploratory testing, improving CI/CD integration, and leading defect triage. The position requires expert embedded systems testing experience, strong LabVIEW and NI TestStand expertise, Python framework development, industrial communication protocol knowledge, and 8–12 years of hands-on experience.
