Philips is hiring a Test Development Engineer for a fixed-term role ending September 2028. The position develops automated production tests for patient-monitoring medical devices, designs test hardware, fixtures, instrumentation, and software, creates test systems from component and PCB levels through manufacturing, analyzes measurement data, validates systems against medical-device regulations, and supports global production sites. The role requires an engineering degree, electronics or test-system experience, knowledge of analog and digital electronics and signal conditioning, programming experience, and English and German communication skills. The base salary is €93,050.83–€124,067.77, with short-term incentives and additional benefits.
