Description
The Business Analyst will gather and analyze requirements, evaluate business processes, map and cleanse data, and design and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for business stakeholders. The role also supports testing, incident analysis, requirement reviews, demos, and project decision-making. It requires at least two years of Dynamics 365 CRM implementation experience, strong business and technical analysis skills, stakeholder management, and experience across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid environments. Knowledge of Power Platform, Power BI, and business analysis certifications is preferred.
