Description
The Pilot Floor Support Test Engineer provides hands-on test engineering support to a pilot manufacturing floor during swing-shift hours, Monday through Thursday from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM. The role supports efficient production, rapid issue resolution, successful product builds, manufacturing process documentation, continuous improvement, hardware and software test solutions, scripting-based automation, and on-site troubleshooting of electromechanical assemblies. Candidates need at least five years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or three years with a master’s degree, or a PhD without experience, or equivalent work experience. The position may be performed under an on-site flex or virtual flex work model.
