Description
Flex is hiring a Test Engineer in Jiading, Shanghai to support new-product, transfer-product, and mass-production testing, including DFT, PFMEA, Gage R&R, test-process management, production support, RMA analysis, and lean-efficiency projects. The role also involves designing test jigs, fixtures, tooling, electronic circuits, and PCB layouts, and introducing automated manufacturing technologies. Candidates need at least five years of power-electrical test experience, strong FCT and test-fixture design skills, analog testing knowledge, English working ability, and basic C++ programming; power-test, hardware development, software programming, and PLC/Cobot experience are preferred.
