Flex is hiring an Electrical Test Engineer in Fontana, California to support manufacturing projects involving relay panels, control buildings, and medium-voltage switchgear. The role maintains testing schedules and procedures, reviews test plans against schematics, performs AC/DC power testing on protective relays, switchgear, breakers, HMIs, and other power distribution components, troubleshoots quality failures, and ensures compliance with testing standards and safety procedures. A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is preferred, while prior hands-on experience may substitute for education; at least two to four years of related work experience is required. The position offers a base salary of $65,200 to $89,600 annually, medical, dental, and vision plans, life insurance, disability coverage, 401(k) matching, vacation and paid sick time, and tuition reimbursement.
