Description
Flex is hiring a Test Engineer in Austin, Texas to lead and support the test development, execution, failure analysis, automation, and data analysis for a new liquid-cooled server rack product line. The role covers NPI and sustaining production for high-power AI/ML, GPU, and hardware accelerator-based server, storage, and networking platforms, including L6 and L10/L11 assembly and integration. The engineer will develop SOPs and work instructions, troubleshoot hardware and software, analyze test data, train others on Linux, and collaborate across functions. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field and 3–5 years of failure analysis and system-level testing experience are required; medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement matching, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement are provided.
