Description
Antares is hiring a Test Engineer to design, build, and own test infrastructure for its R1 microreactor. The role develops end-to-end test plans and protocols, builds test stands and rigs, validates instrumentation and measurement accuracy, creates CAD schematics, establishes testing workflows, and supports prototype, development, and qualification hardware. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in physics or engineering, at least two years of hands-on test engineering experience, CAD and instrumentation experience, and the ability to work long hours and weekends as needed. Compensation is $112,000–$150,000 for the Test Engineer II level, with a Senior Test Engineer level at $140,000–$185,000.
