Arc is hiring a full-time, on-site Test Engineer at its Los Angeles headquarters to own component, assembly, and vehicle-level prototype testing for electric boats. The role includes developing test plans and procedures, building and instrumenting test stands, configuring data acquisition systems, executing development and qualification tests, troubleshooting failures, and collaborating with design, manufacturing, and test technicians. Candidates need a relevant engineering bachelor's degree, at least four years of electromechanical product testing experience, CAD and FEA proficiency, and experience with data acquisition and vehicle testing. The position offers a base salary of $125,000 to $150,000 annually, equity, bonuses, and healthcare benefits.
