Description
Busek is hiring a hands-on Test Engineer to own and improve the test infrastructure supporting advanced aerospace propulsion systems and related hardware. The role combines mechanical systems, laboratory operations, hardware integration, test automation, data acquisition, and software development. Responsibilities include maintaining test assets and facilities, designing fixtures and instrumentation, developing Python and other automation tools, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting test planning and execution, analyzing test data, and driving continuous improvement. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent practical experience, hands-on hardware and laboratory experience, and Python or similar programming experience.
