Description
The Test Engineer performs professional engineering and quality-testing duties, including setting up and programming laboratory equipment, designing and running tests against customer specifications, analyzing failures, troubleshooting equipment, preparing reports, documenting results, coordinating subcontracted testing, and collaborating with engineering teams, technicians, and customers. The role is regular and on-site, requiring a four-year college degree or equivalent, two to four years of relevant experience, mechanical and analytical problem-solving ability, knowledge of statistics and fluid/electrical/mechanical systems, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication and organizational skills.
