Coreshell is hiring a full-time Battery Test Engineer in San Leandro, California, to own and operate battery test infrastructure supporting cell development and manufacturing. The role covers installation, commissioning, calibration, preventive maintenance, vendor management, experimental test setups, standardized testing protocols, data integrity and traceability, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration with cell development, manufacturing, quality, and data science teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or physical sciences with at least three years of battery test engineering experience, or an associate’s degree or technical certification with extensive industry experience.
