Description
The PCBA Test Engineer develops and improves PCBA testing procedures, analyzes test results, troubleshoots faults, supports risk assessments, manages spare parts for testing equipment, collaborates with engineers and managers, participates in internal audits, and assesses test equipment accuracy. The role requires higher technical education, analytical and mathematical skills, knowledge of electrical circuits and electronic components, experience with testing and inspection equipment, basic high-level programming, and English proficiency at A2 level.
