Description
The Aerospace Test Engineer conducts moderately complex product and component testing, develops and improves testing procedures and documentation, analyzes test data, identifies performance issues, and supports engineering teams with root-cause analysis and regulatory compliance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline, 2–4 years of testing or engineering experience, knowledge of testing standards and instrumentation, data acquisition proficiency, and strong analytical and communication skills.
