Molex is hiring a Test Engineer in Lisle, Illinois to support optical fiber and high-speed cable product development, reliability, and manufacturing validation. The role involves creating and executing mechanical, environmental, and optical test plans; performing hands-on testing of cable assemblies and connectors; coordinating laboratory activities; operating and maintaining test equipment; analyzing test data; preparing technical reports; and supporting corrective and preventive actions. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline and practical product-testing or reliability-testing experience are required, while a master’s degree, fiber-optic testing standards, Python, and related quality and measurement tools are preferred.
