Molex is hiring a Test Engineer in Shanghai to conduct validation testing for automotive electronic products, including new-project design verification and production verification, annual re-qualification, and ECN validation. The role develops DV/PV test plans, supports AQP and customer communication, creates validation fixtures and jigs, prepares test reports, trains technicians, and completes lab-supervisor tasks. Applicants need an engineering-related bachelor’s degree, at least three years of EMC test experience for automotive electronic products, familiarity with OEM test specifications and general test equipment, and willingness to improve oral English.
