Description
The Test Engineer develops, supports, and optimizes manufacturing test systems and processes for battery pack production. The role supports end-of-line, functional, safety, and performance testing; troubleshoots test failures; develops and maintains automated test equipment, fixtures, procedures, and documentation; performs PCBA and BMS testing; analyzes manufacturing data; leads root-cause investigations; and drives yield and quality improvements. The position requires a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and at least three years of relevant experience, with battery-pack manufacturing, BMS, ATE, and data-analysis experience preferred.
