Description
The Test Engineer plans, develops, and executes verification activities for medical device products and systems throughout the Product Development Process. The role defines verification strategies and test cases, develops plans and protocols, analyzes results, documents findings, supports integration and manufacturing transfer, investigates returned products, and provides technical expertise. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or a related technical field, at least five years of verification, validation, or test engineering experience in a regulated industry, and knowledge of design controls, ISO 14971, medical-device testing standards, test automation, and documentation tools.
