Description
Rendezvous Robotics is hiring a Test Engineer to develop test plans, procedures, and readiness documentation; build and maintain test infrastructure; execute functional, environmental, and performance tests; analyze data; resolve anomalies; and lead test strategy for spacecraft components and systems. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, hands-on test-campaign experience, data-analysis and failure-analysis skills, and familiarity with data acquisition, automation, and scripting. Preferred qualifications include spacecraft AI&T experience, embedded systems knowledge, relevant standards, test-lab experience, and a master’s degree. Compensation is $80,000–$120,000 for an Engineer and $120,000–$150,000 for a Senior Engineer, with medical, vision, dental, disability, life, and paid leave benefits.
