Description
The ATE Test Engineer will develop and maintain cost-efficient ATE test programs for analogue and mixed-signal power management ICs, support product development and mass production, improve yield and quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones. The role requires an electronics engineering degree, ATE test development experience, hands-on experience with Advantest V93k, Teradyne UltraFLEX, and/or Cohu DiamondX, knowledge of electronic circuits and mixed-signal test methods, hardware and PCB design experience, laboratory equipment familiarity, statistical analysis skills, and familiarity with version control.
