Description
The role develops mixed-signal ATE test methodologies, hardware, software, and test coverage for semiconductor products. Responsibilities include debugging silicon, releasing qualified production test assets, reducing test time, improving yield and throughput, and supporting reliability testing. The position requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, ATE experience, IC test knowledge, and proficiency with ATE hardware and software; programming experience in Visual Basic or C++ and Cohu DMDX experience are preferred.
