Description
The Test Engineer will work in an Agile team supporting federal IT modernization and digital transformation, verifying and validating ServiceNow platform changes, automation tests, configurations, and operational workflows. The role includes creating test cases and plans, regression and UAT testing, defect and test-reporting, configuration management, requirements traceability, customer demonstrations, and mentoring junior testers. It requires an active TS/SCI clearance, on-site work in Washington, DC, and relevant experience with test automation, DevOps, CI tools, source control, and Agile development/testing.
