SMTC is hiring a Test Engineer in Melbourne, Florida to develop, validate, maintain, and improve functional, in-circuit, flying-probe, environmental, and automated test solutions for electronic assemblies and finished products. The role supports manufacturing operations, New Product Introduction, yield improvement, root-cause analysis, product validation, customer and supplier technical support, and continuous improvement, while providing guidance to test technicians and operators. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM discipline, at least three years of related engineering experience, and the ability to work across office, manufacturing, remote, and travel-based environments.
