Description
The role develops and implements ATE test strategies for complex mixed-signal and low-dropout linear regulator products. Responsibilities include creating test plans and characterizing programs, designing ATE hardware interfaces, debugging silicon, analyzing yield fallout, optimizing test time, supporting failure analysis, and releasing products to volume production. The position requires an electrical engineering bachelor's degree, at least two years of relevant experience, ATE experience, characterization and production test development, analog test knowledge, data-analysis skills, and familiarity with IC product development.
