Description
The role is an ATE Test Engineer responsible for developing and implementing test strategies and hardware/software solutions for low-cost microcontroller and DCDC converter products. Responsibilities include test planning, silicon characterization, ATE debugging, yield and test-time optimization, failure analysis, and supporting product release to manufacturing. The position requires an electrical engineering bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of relevant experience, ATE platform experience, characterization and production test development, and knowledge of analog testing, SCAN/PBIST, data analysis, and IC product development.
