Description
The role develops and implements ATE test strategies for DAC, ADC, reference, amplifier, and multiplexer products, including test planning, ATE hardware and software, silicon characterization, debugging, yield analysis, and qualification. The position requires an electrical engineering bachelor's degree, three years of relevant experience, ATE experience with Teradyne Eagle or equivalent analog ATE, characterization and production test-program development, and knowledge of electronic devices, analog test techniques, data analysis, and IC product development.
