Description
SpaceX is hiring a Test Engineer (Dragon) to develop and execute engine and component-level tests for Dragon spacecraft, including test campaigns, procedures, instrumentation, data acquisition, fluid and mechanical systems, and test-stand equipment. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in an engineering field and at least one year of hands-on experience with mechanical, structural, propulsion, fluid, flight hardware, or test operations. It involves hazardous systems, physical work, extended hours, weekends, and shifts, and requires U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, refugee or asylee status, or eligibility for required U.S. Department of State authorizations.
