Description
The Engine Performance Development Engineer designs and executes test plans, works with cross-functional teams, collects and analyzes engine test data, and validates combustion, mechanical function, and durability attributes using engine dynamometers. The role also supports engine control optimization, cycle-based durability testing, and the establishment of advertised power and torque. It requires hands-on engine hardware work, a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, computer science, or a related field, and offers a hybrid schedule with four days per week in the office.
