Airbus Defence and Space is hiring a Test Engineer for Avionics and Weapon Integration at its Manching site. The role manages the full avionics test lifecycle, including requirements analysis, test-case design, execution on test benches, data analysis, and reporting; coordinates with design offices; develops automated test procedures; evaluates complex data using ARINC and AFDX interfaces; and documents system faults. Candidates need a university degree in Computer Science or Aerospace Engineering, at least three years of relevant IT and aerospace experience, Python programming skills, avionics and bus-system knowledge, and fluent English and German. The position offers an indefinite employment contract, temporary staffing benefits, and compensation of approximately €68,000–85,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
