Description
The role serves as the primary technical interface between ST Divisions and subcontractor OSATs, supporting Philippine OSATs and driving final-test yield improvement to meet GOBM KPI targets. Responsibilities include customer on-site audit support, technical resolution, continuous improvement of technical KPIs, training subcontractors on ST technical requirements and tools, and supporting product, package development, NPI, technical reviews, and production ramp-up. The position requires an engineering degree, at least five years of test and finishing or assembly experience, IC testing tester and handler experience, STDF and test-data-log knowledge, strong Microsoft Office skills, and business English proficiency.
