Description
Qualcomm is hiring a SerDes high-speed ATE Test Engineer to develop and validate ATE test solutions for production, design validation, and characterization of high-speed SerDes IPs. The role uses the Advantest 93000 tester platform and covers SerDes PHYs including PCIe, UFS, USB2/3/4, DSI, CSI, and proprietary high-speed IP. Responsibilities include bringing up test cases, debugging silicon issues, supporting NPI and volume production, reducing test time, debugging yield issues, and performing failure analysis with cross-functional stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required; knowledge of electrical and electronic fundamentals, digital, analog, mixed-signal, VLSI, programming, signal integrity, SERDES, and test automation is preferred.
