Description
The role develops and implements ATE test strategies for complex mixed-signal power-management and DCDC converter products. Responsibilities include creating test plans and character programs, designing ATE hardware interfaces, debugging silicon, analyzing yield fallout, supporting failure analysis, qualifying products, and releasing products to volume production. The position requires an electrical engineering bachelor's degree, at least three years of relevant experience, ATE experience, characterization and production test-program development, electronic-circuit knowledge, data-analysis skills, and familiarity with IC product development.
