Textron Systems is hiring a Test Engineer for its Sea Systems business area to support unmanned surface vehicle programs. The role covers requirements analysis, test planning, test case development, test execution, defect management, risk management, engineering analysis, and reporting, while collaborating with development teams, program managers, customers, and other engineers. Candidates should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field, 0–2 years of project leadership experience preferred, and Secret eligibility; an Active Secret Clearance is preferred.
