Description
The Test Systems Engineer is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving manufacturing processes and equipment availability across all shifts, while supporting new-product introduction, process definition, equipment validation, installation, and preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. The role requires at least five years of experience in test systems, knowledge of benchtop test equipment and power or analog hardware, IPC standards, statistical and quality methods, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
