Description
Blue Origin is hiring a Liquid Rocket Engine Test Facility Engineer to develop, construct, operate, and maintain test facilities supporting liquid rocket engine development and production. The role covers test procedures for high-pressure inert and non-inert gas and cryogenic systems, test-data analysis, component procurement, facility maintenance and construction, and contributions to schedule, quality, cost, and process safety. It requires a BS degree in engineering or a related field, fluid dynamics and thermodynamics expertise, project management and leadership skills, 2–3 years of rocket engine testing experience, and eligibility to access Redstone Arsenal. The position involves physically active indoor and outdoor work, including lifting 50 pounds, climbing stairs, and working at heights, with shift work and extra hours as needed.
