Textron Systems is hiring a Test Engineer to support a major United States Air Force program. The role plans, coordinates, and executes component, subsystem, and system-level tests; prepares test plans, procedures, readiness reviews, and reports; leads data collection and instrumentation operations; and supports analysis, debriefs, budgets, and schedules. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field and at least two years of related experience for Level II, with Level III requiring five years. The position offers 10–20% travel and includes compensation of $92,600–$139,600 for Level II and $115,800–$176,200 for Level III, along with health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
