Textron Systems is hiring a Test Engineer to support a major United States Air Force program. The role plans, coordinates, and executes component, subsystem, and system-level tests; prepares test plans, procedures, readiness reviews, and reports; leads data collection and instrumentation operations; and supports analysis, debriefs, budgets, and schedules. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field and at least two years of related experience for Level II, with Level III requiring five years. The position requires an Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Special Access approval, offers 10–20% travel, and provides Level II compensation of $92,600–$139,600 and Level III compensation of $115,800–$176,200.
