Textron Systems is hiring a Test Engineer to support a major United States Air Force program. The role plans, coordinates, and executes component, subsystem, and system-level tests; prepares test plans, procedures, readiness reviews, and reports; leads data collection and instrumentation operations; supports installation, integration, analysis, and debriefing; and coordinates with engineering and external organizations. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, at least two years of related experience for Level II, and an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Special Access approval. The role offers 10–20% travel and compensation of $92,600–$139,600 for Level II and $115,800–$176,200 for Level III.
