Description
Textron Systems is seeking Test Engineers to support the United States Marine Corps Advanced Reconnaissance Vehicle (ARV) program. The role covers the full product lifecycle, including requirements analysis, test planning and design, test case development, test execution, defect management, risk management, engineering analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities include collaborating with development teams, program managers, customers, and other engineers, and driving test tasks to completion. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field and 6–8 years of experience; project leadership, hardware and software integration, requirements management, and ground-vehicle testing experience are preferred or required. The role may require travel of up to 25% and Secret eligibility, with Active Secret Clearance preferred.
