The intern will focus on various aspects of testing, including test planning, creation, debugging, characterization, data analysis, and silicon debugging of scan/ATPG, memory BIST, and high-speed I/O tests. They will also gain hands-on experience with modern DFT implementations, failure mechanisms, and debug processes, along with exposure to ATE and coding.
