The Material Science Campus Magdeburg is hiring a full-time Test Engineer / Lecturer for Materials Testing in Magdeburg, with immediate availability. The role combines independent research and development projects in materials testing with the delivery of practical and theoretical teaching events, partly on-site at customers. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing inspection methods, collaborating with scientists and industry partners, and contributing to the campus. Candidates need a relevant master’s or diploma, at least four ISO 9712 level-3 non-destructive testing procedures, and mandatory UT and ET experience; German skills are required, while additional languages are advantageous. The position offers flexible working hours, including mobile working, and performance-based compensation.
