The Marine Communications Test Engineer independently tests communications-electronics and RF devices throughout development, including functional, conformity, and type testing. The role involves preparing test specifications, designing test procedures, setting up hardware and software test benches, conducting tests, and managing test equipment. Candidates need a relevant degree, several years of professional experience, communications or RF knowledge, Python test-automation experience, and strong communication and teamwork skills. The position is based at TKMS Hagenuk Marinekommunikation’s Flintbek site near Kiel and offers a work-from-home arrangement.
