Eaton is hiring a Test Engineer – PCBA in Dubai to set up, validate, maintain, and improve PCBA test procedures in production, support failed PCBA diagnosis, and ensure quality compliance for repaired and transferred PCBA. The role covers ICT, flying-probe, and functional testing; test equipment maintenance; work instructions; DFM support; defect and cycle-time tracking; OEE and MTBF/MTTR analysis; customer audits; SAP and MES setup; continuous improvement; and root-cause analysis. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electronics, mechanical, or industrial engineering and at least five years of PCBA manufacturing test experience in production.
