Description
The Test Engineer will design, develop, maintain, and improve production test solutions and burn-in stations for pump-laser and fiber-grating testing. The role covers test-kit setup, station qualification and validation, failure analysis, yield monitoring, SPC, calibration, troubleshooting, capacity planning, documentation, training, and engineering-change management. It requires a master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline, at least five years of experience in a complex manufacturing environment, and familiarity with optoelectronic testing, electrical analysis, and quality methods.
